摘要
A condition of the optimization of care lies in the quality of organizational climate in which it occurs. However, the French hospital today is in a maximum entropy that supports its agents. A paroxysmal stress waves that they are exhausted or become violent, even present addictive behaviors of all kinds. This entropy has for origin ten years of reforms to introduce the "New Public Management" to adapt our hospitals to global economic conditions. The goal is to optimize the resources available to them. The pattern is admissible, but the terms of the reorganization are not. The prescription was made without further action except information by notes, as is the case in the traditional public service. No training to build new skills necessary for this new deal, have been systematically programmed for this purpose. Results, the boldest of staff adapt and others fail. Giving back sense to the hospital work, becomes a leitmotiv for the organization lest all the efforts to modernize run short and justify the resistance of staff to it.
