DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION: HOW FAR HAVE WE COME? HOW FAR CAN WE GO?

This article shares my personal reflections blending research and application in diversity and inclusion. It highlights where we have made progress and suggests where we should continue to raise questions to understand the complex dynamics of differences. As consulting psychologists, researchers, and practitioners in the application of psychology, we are reminded by this article that our focus includes the integration of what we know about individuals, teams, and organizations. It also embraces the importance of understanding how our personal experiences influence our approach to our professional roles.
