摘要
Improving the employability of people with disabilities is a major social challenge present in programmes such as Europe 2020 (Observatorio Estatal, 2017) and more recently -although in its first bars- in the new Spanish Strategy on Disability 2021-2030 (ONCE, 2022) for the achievement of inclusive societies. People with disabilities are one of the groups most exposed to situations of social exclusion in a digital society where the acquisition of formal and attitudinal skills is subject to constant change. Therefore, knowing the socio-emotional competencies recognized by the entrepreneurs/women with disabilities and the moderating factors in their acquisition, becomes a fundamental objective. According to the literature on the subject, training/experience and motivation to undertake intervene as moderators. Your analysis is the objective of this article. A quantitative methodology has been used based on the results of the survey carried out on a sample of 224 entrepreneurs with physical, sensory or organic disabilities in Spain. In order to arrive at the verification of the hypotheses established in the research, a statistical analysis with the programming language R has been carried out. The results obtained have shown the relationship between the assessment made by persons with disabilities of their abilities and the fact of undertaking. On the other hand, they present a socio-emotional self-assessment in a higher competency key those who carry out the entrepreneurship by opportunity and not by necessity.
