摘要：

Education and management postgraduate has become an important part of degree education. Under the new situation, the theory and practice of postgraduate education mode has important theoretical and practical value to postgraduate education. The paper selected postgraduate education mode as the research object. Through studies of different postgraduate education modes between domestic and international and their mode of management, we analyzed the factors of postgraduate management and education mode on "professional style". In this way, we provided new methods and new perspectives for postgraduate education.
