摘要：
Based on Cloud Computing and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), this paper proposes a concept of "Intelligent Transport Cloud". Intelligent Transport cloud make ITS avoid the investment of computer hardware and software, but also make construction of ITS changed. The traditional construction mode that sources of information are determined to the system service purposes is changed to that the services are innovated from the information resources expanded. Intelligent Transport cloud is an open, scalable, and innovative (dynamic evolution) system.
