High-efficient sky-blue and green emissive OLEDs based on FIrpic and FIrdfpic

摘要
We synthesized FIrpic and FIrdfpic, and employed them as phosphorescent dopants to fabricate some organic light-emitting diodes. The structure of the devices is ITO/MoO3(8 nm)/TAPC(80 nm)/2,6DCZPPY:X (10 nm,10%)/BmPyPB(40 nm)/Li2CO3/Al, where X = FIrpic or FIrdfpic. High-efficient luminescent OLEDs are achieved, e.g. the peak current efficiency and power efficiency of FIrpic-based OLED are as high as 53.95 cd/A and 51.87 Im/W, respectively. We also investigated their UV vis absorptions, photoluminescence, electrochemical behaviors, luminescent mechanism based on DFT calculation and crystal structure of FIrdfpic.
