摘要
With the ever-changing environment that firms faced, This paper discusses how to combine peer-to-peer and Web Services technologies to establish an architecture of cluster supply chain system (a new type of network organization) with a suitable, low-cost IT infrastructure. Such architecture would allow trading partners in cluster supply chain to improve on their resource utilization for IT and focus on their core businesses, discover new business opportunities and form new partnerships dynamically when wanted and needed.
