摘要：
In this paper, we apply the model of innovation and technology transfer in the international trade to the technologic advance in one country, set up a model which suit to the;change of innovation and technology transfer in a business, and analyze the relationship between product mix and innovation and technology transfer and the effect of the capacity of innovation and technology transfer on the business investment. We use this model to analyze the capacity of innovation and technology transfer in some Chinese businesses, and analyze the reasons and give some advice.
