摘要
Based on two knowledge transfer models proposed respectively by Nonaka I., and Gilbert M. and Cordey-Hayes M., this paper analyzes the characteristics of College English Teaching and points out the keys of knowledge transfer during the teaching process. An interactive network knowledge transfer model related to College English Teaching is further proposed. Finally, a case study is conducted on the realization of knowledge transfer in English teaching of Zhejiang University. This model will help teachers and students analyze the factors preventing a successful knowledge transfer and help monitor the process of knowledge transfer.
