摘要
Since 2017, the field of Education has been appropriating a theoretical reference from the field of Political Science to investigate the phase of implementation and the discretionary action of implementing bureaucrats. Based on this theme, this study aims to discuss the scope of educational policies and the definition of teachers and leadership as street level and middle level bureaucrats, respectively. This study presents three studies in the field of Education that bring contributions to the theoretical and conceptual debate of these implementing agents.
