Application of one-dimension PSD to angle measurement

摘要
A larger gap exits between the tube base socket and directional torsion bar, and their axes form an included angle. A photoelectric testing method using position sensitive detector (PSD) produced by a Japanese company is adopted to test the deviation of the included angle. The authors of the present paper have designed a signal processing and displaying circuits in accordance with the measured PSD's illumination conditions and its output linearity. These circuits, together with other semiconductor laser, constitute a photoelectric testing system, which is competent in measuring the variation of the angle.
