摘要
In this paper, a new numerical method based on the finite element method (FEM) is presented to analyze magnetic properties and eddy current losses in Fe-based soft magnetic composites (SMCs) from viewpoints of nonlinear theory. In this method, SMCs are assumed to be composed of homogeneous ferromagnetic particles (circular, hexagon) and insulating layer with periodicity. The results show that the effective permeabilities in the models with pores and defects are more than that with pores only. By reducing the coating thickness, the eddy current loss was greatly suppressed and the permeability improves largely. The calculation results in hexagon model are consistent with the experimental value which can be used to design the optimum prescription and parameters before the experiment.
