摘要
To collect, measure, and evaluate the predictive power of implicit interest indicators, a Web browser to record user actions and explicit ratings for each page visited was made. Implicit indicators captured while users browse the Web can be as predictive of interest levels as explicit ratings. This paper examines the correlations between various implicit indicators and explicit interest. In addition, it examines how implicit interest indicators impact user privacy.
