The financial crisis of Southeast Asia which broke out in the end of last century resulted in serious economic loss ranging from this region to the whole world. Some scholars made a great deal of research and study about the relationship between the bank's achievement of management and the crisis in this region after that crisis. The result of research indicated that inferior management of bank system usually induced the breaking out of currency crisis. This article develops a new method to discuss the good bank system of a country acts what role in the Speculative currency attack on the basis of former study, and then gives the operational policy suggestion about the control of domestic credit amount of a country.
