摘要
The urban infrastructure safety influences harmonious development of economy, society and environment in city, which maintains and guarantees the whole economic social activity and citizen's culture life. Firstly urban infrastructure safety is defined and its main contents are described in the paper, the relationship between urban infrastructure safety system and sustainable development is analyzed by dialectics, and then the importance of urban infrastructure safety is expatiated in the process of harmonious development of economy, society, environment system. Finally based on studying the causal circle of sustainable urban infrastructure safety system thoroughly, the dynamic model of urban infrastructure safety management is set up to adjust and control the development, which provides the theory reference and valid path for decision-maker for city planning, construction and management, thus the safety management strategy and technique to realize urban infrastructure safety development with environment harmoniously could be selected reasonably.
