摘要：

By using the method of documentary, this article analyzes the policy constraints in the process of developing the sports industry, it tries to prove that the preferential policy is a strong force of the sports industry on the basis of comparing the policies home and abroad. Propose some related measures stimulating the development of the sports industry in China.
