DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF NEW FRAME BALLASTLESS TRACK IN HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY

摘要
A new frame ballastless track slab is designed different from common track slab with five different sizes, and the new track slab 3D models are built by using ANSYS software. The stress, deformation and bearing capacity of the new track slab are analyzed under combination of train loading and gravity. The results showed that the new track slab has some advantages, such as simply composition, small amount of material, low cost, light weight, and easily for mass manufactory in factory, then installation in construction site. The deformation of the new slab track meets the requirements of standard. The vertical stress and longitudinal stress of new frame ballastless track slab are much smaller than strength of concrete respectively. In the five different new track slabs, the maximum longitudinal bending moment of slab bottom and roof in 5450 slab and in 6450 slab are better than others, and the bearing capacity of the new track slab meets the requirements of track slab. In the design of frame ballastless track slab, the 5450 and 6450 slab are the best choice for reference.
