Research on the Influence of Urban Life on Sports Tourism from the Perspective of Leisure

By making sports tourism and urban residents' lives harmonious, satisfying people's need for material and culture, paying attention to the significance of the goals and the value of people, sports enter the urban residents' lives as an unique function from the simplest health sports to the leisure entertainment and to self-challenge. This thesis, based on analysis from a leisure perspective, tries to demonstrate the influence of the urban life on sports tourism. Sports tourism is one aspect of city sports life which benefits people in many respects. It has a brief conclusion as follows. The increase in leisure time is the premise of a variety of urban lifestyles; the pursuit of experience is the modern way of life; cultural connotations of the urban population increase the pursuit of sports tourism as an intrinsic motivation; sports tourism diversifies and enriches urban life.
