摘要
Through the development of more than ten years, Chinese steel industry has become the leading to realize the industrial modernization in the new era. However, getting the better performance can't only rely on production, and it has been the key to achieve sustainable development of steel industry that establish and improve the independent innovation system and enhance the technological innovation efficiency to promote enterprises modernization. Using the DEA models this paper evaluates the technological innovation efficiency of micro steel enterprise, and comprehensively analyzes its overall efficiency, pure technical and scale efficiency trend. Meanwhile, for the problems in evaluation put forward the comments or suggestions, to promote the level and benefit of technological innovation
