摘要
The paper is trying to challenge the state that every enterprise resource planning (ERP) vendor has an implementation method which is used for almost every client. Based on contingency theory and literature, we render the ERP implementation unified process (ERP IUP) which includes eight processes including strategy alignment, analysis and design, data management, develop and go live, update and extension, business process reengineering, project management and knowledge transform. ERP IUP can be tailored according to the different situation such as scope, risk, cost and time
