摘要
A maximum growing season LAI in the Xishui natural reserve was estimated by direct measurement approach (allometric equation) and indirect method (remote sensing data). compare. LAI values from satellite measurements were compared with those from allometric function. We found that the errors, ranged from -0.25 to 0.46 in mature and over-mature trees at higher altitude, from 0.87 to 1.02 in young growth and half-mature trees at lower altitude.
