摘要
Based on analyzing the characteristics of knowledge sharing in e-commerce, this paper points out the practical meanings and risk for implementing. It also proposes the decision condition and orientation principles. According to two dimensions, goal market and knowledge shared, the corresponding knowledge sharing strategic modes are provided. It can help organizations to make the appropriate choice according to the internal condition combining with the external environments in order to gain and sustain competitive advantage.
