Research of environmental information disclosure of listed companies based on Internet Cheng Ming-e

It is an age that science and technology innovate, the economy and technique develop quickly, the internet produced by the computer and information technique has been changing the whole world rapidly. How to deal with the environment information disclosure properly, realize the communication with the far information user, has been an important problem that must be thought over. At the same time, the standardization of the internet environment information has also been the requirement which could strengthen the enterprise's intendance, attract the potential clients and push the enterprises' competition in international market. In order to satisfy the need of the international accounting and meet the challenge of accounting revolution, in view of the weakness of the environment information disclosure of China on the internet, I shall study the problem of the environment information disclosure of the listed companies of China, and look for a real solution to standardize the system of the environment information disclosure of China in contraposing the actuality of the countermeasure of the internet environment information disclosure in this article.
