摘要
Object: Observing the effects of training on the Th1/Th2 balance. Methods: Take the anaerobic training process for Wushu athletes as the experimental objects, the Th1/Th2 balance condition can be expressed by blood serum IFN- gamma /IL-4, Observing the variety of the Th1/Th2 balance in training; Result: This training to the athletes are the positive stimulates, After the training causes the blood serum IFN- gamma remarkable increase, but IL-4 remarkably drops, after restores 2.5h, two targets continue to drop, After restores 15.5h all targets restore normally. Conclusion: The proper anaerobic training may cause Th1/Th2 to the Thl displacement, and improve the cell immunity function.
