摘要：
Although various management theories give impetus for the development of management theory, management science has been suffered by the management theory bush, and how to come out from the management bush is an urgent and important problem in management study. This paper defines the cooperation and analyses the cooperation evolution with the management thought evolution first, then puts forward a new management theory named cooperation management theory based on the premises and the analysis of the premises' realistic rationality. Finally the study frame of cooperation management theory is created.
