摘要：
This paper describes a conceptual framework for building a software tool that call be used to record the behavior of a web service. The objective here is to facilitate the building of web monitoring tools that are flexible, portable, and easy to use. All example implementation using the framework is described. Some measurements provided by the example implementation are also presented.
