摘要：

The authors examine the relations between the properties of a group G and its norm N-G(A) of Abelian non-cyclic subgroups. In this paper the properties of finite 2-groups with the cyclic center and the metacyclic non-Dedekind norm of Abelian non-cyclic subgroups, are studied. The complete description of such groups is obtained.
