摘要：
For risks preventing e-business enterprises from developing, this paper uses interpretative structure modeling to identify risks of e-business enterprises into internal risks and external risks, and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the risks. On the basis of the identifying risk factors and the risk evaluating result, a secure managerial system including internal managerial system, external managerial system and coordinated managerial system for e-business I enterprises is set up to guarantee the security of e-business activities.
