摘要
This paper highlights the potential of the OER movement in accessibility through revealing its impact on achieving inclusive education for people with disabilities. It provides an overview of the challenges surrounding OER accessibility along with the proposed strategies to overcome them as well as performing an investigation of OER delivery systems' commitment degree to support access to education for all users especially people with disabilities.
