摘要
In the initial stage of emergency, reducing emergency time is the most important thing. At the same time, because of the uncertainty of weather, transportation and disaster situation, the demand quantities of emergency commodities and emergency time from supply points to demand points are indefinite. First of all, grey interval numbers are introduced to denote the demand and time of emergencies. Then, a grey linear programming model for the scheduling of emergency commodities from multi-supply points to multi-demand points is established to minimize the delay time of emergency. Furthermore, a satisfying solution method is presented to solve the model. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the validity and practicality of the new model.
