Influence Factors of the University Students' Employment Intention

University Students employment is a focus question in china. From the Brow-Duncan status model, this paper designs the influence factors of university students' employment intention for "future choices", "employment area", "employment unit" and "expected salary". Using logit and multiple-logit model, it found that employment intention is effected by own as well as the family characteristics, especially he occupation and education of parents for the first level factors affecting "future choice" "the employment unit", "expected salary", and gender is important for "employment areas" and "expected salary". At last this paper suggests that employment guidance work need to strengthen the construction of teachers' team and implement one-on-one personal coaching.
