摘要
A receiver with a monolithically integrated PIN photodiode in 0.5 mu m BiCMOS technology has been developed for establishing an indoor 1.25 Gb/s optical wireless communication over a distance of 3.2 m using 180 mu W of optical power. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
