摘要
In general, a boost converter is applied to a photovoltaic system. In the boost converter, the inductor current discontinuity can appear due to a wide range of input current from the PV module or saturation of the inductor, and this causes a different characteristic from conventional photovoltaic system and affects the control. Therefore, this paper applies a coupled inductor to improve the inductor current waveform in the conventional boost converter. Through PSIM simulation, the improved inductor current waveform of the boost converter is verified.
