摘要
The problem of civil identity's formation connects with the problem of development and functioning of civil society. Civil socialization is considered as designing of an individual trajectory of the person's entrance into society. The ratio of concepts sociocultural, personal and civil identity reveals. Distinctions in definitions of a concept of civil identity in different approaches are shown. It is noted that the modern multiculturalism as well as the common values of all members of big social group (state) can become a basis of association of different ethnic groups in multiethnic society. At the same time the need of the accounting of distinctions in values and attitudes of different ethnic and social groups is emphasized. At the personal level civil identity is considered as a component of sociocultural identity and performs functions of defense and self-determination. Thus, civil identity is offered to be considered as the complex integrated personal structure reflecting the relation of the person and society. The important indicator of formation of all components of civil identity's structure is mutual acceptance of the personality and society. Designing of full-fledged civil identity is complicated by absence of the developed civil society in modern Russia and objects of identification. In such situation inclusion of civil identity as significant part in structure of sociocultural identity is represented as optimum variant. Special attention is paid to a problem of the adequate choice of values, emotionally rich etalons and symbols as the significant identification factors facilitating ways of their internalization. The process of civil socialization focused on ethnic, but not sociocultural identity can become the intolerance reason to other ethnic and social groups that leads in the conditions of social instability to emergence of the national conflicts in the multinational states. In the conditions of undeveloped civil society and during cardinal social transformations the culture becomes the synergetic structuring basis helping to optimize process of civil socialisation and formation of civil identity. The analysis of the potential risks connected with processes of civil socialization and formation of civil identity is submitted.
