摘要：
The success of any reliability program can be expressed as the ability to change and maintain the culture from reactionary to proactive. This paper will address the challenges utilities and the industry face concerning the reliability of high voltage electrical systems-specifically transformers-and how to meet these challenges from a reliability perspective. There are critical factors that will eventually affect long-term reliability of electrical power transformers. This paper offers a suggested Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) scale and discusses several related data-driven metrics.
