摘要：
A comprehensive multi-criterion decision method combining TOPSIS and AHP together is proposed here. This novel method uses AHP to determine the weights of appraisal indexes and TOPSIS to standardize the values of these indexes. The result demonstrates that TOPSIS and AHP in this method were combined effectively and the novel method can be widely applied. Then, based on analysis of impact factors for passenger service of airports, a set of appraisal indexes are proposed and an experimental example is put forward.
