摘要
Second- and fourth-order K-2 and K-4 constants of the magnetic uniaxial anisotropy of Co/Au layered structures have been determined as a function of temperature T from ferromagnetic resonance measurements. We found that K-2 of the order of 1-2 MJ/m(3) monotonically decreases with T while K-4 of the order of 10(-2) x K-2 is independent of T. The temperature dependence of the volume K-2(V) and the surface K-2(S) terms of K-2 are discussed. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
