摘要
This study examines the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on employee unethical behaviour in construction industry. Two hundred thirty-eight participants were recruited from 36 construction companies. Results showed that CSR implementation at the company level had a significant influence on reducing employees unethical behaviours, such as hiding unethical business behaviours of their colleagues/supervisors, lack of professional dedication, political trickery, and cheating clients. This study provides promising results for the significance of CSR strategy be similar to corporate strategy. We discussed the practical implications of this research.
