Grey Resource Efficacy Model for Sci-tech Business Incubator

Sci-tech business incubator plays an important role in exploiting sci-tech resource efficacy. Grey resource efficacy model is employed for modeling the economic output of sci-tech business incubators in Hangzhou, China. The whitening differential equation of grey resource efficacy model is proposed, and the solution of whitened model is studied in this paper. Comparison of the obtained modeling results from grey resource efficacy model with the whitening model demonstrates that grey resource efficacy model is a good alternative for modeling sci-tech resource efficacy. The connotation and decision making indicators of grey resource efficacy model are analyzed in the case study.
