摘要
Vibration measurements and frequency analysis are part of complex product development cycles. Optical measuring systems have become important tools in industrial testing processes, reducing the time frame for the preparation, testing and evaluation of components and structures. These optical measuring systems deliver operator independent in short time a large amount of information and contribute to the development and testing time optimization for deformation and vibration measurement procedures. This paper presents the actual improvements in vibration measurement by the optical measuring system PONTOS, which measures 3D coordinates and derives 3D displacements, 3D velocities and 3D accelerations of a large amount of point targets at the same time and replaces with its measurement and data evaluation strategy a time consuming application of displacement sensors (LVDT's) and accelerometers.
