摘要：
The article grounds the necessity of complex application of key philosophical, economic and specific laws of economics, economic cybernetics and methods of economic research in formation of methodological grounds for the research of the non-antagonistic opposites in the static/dynamic characteristics of innovations within the economic relations. Theoretical grounding is offered for a method of linear modeling of dynamics (changes in economic indices) of innovations in time within the medium reproduction cycle of capital.
