摘要
It was investigated and discussed systematically that the texture formation mechanism of IF steel sheet hot-rolled in ferrite region and its transformation mechanism during cold-rolling and annealing by means of the microstructure observation and orientation distribution function (ODF). The results showed that the stronger a-fibrous texture and the weaker gamma-fibrous texture was both attained mainly during hot-rolling in ferrite region by the action of cross-slip with a bit of recrystallized grains found; both the fibrous textures are strengthened during cold-rolling under the joint action of cross-slip, grain rotation and shear band, the reigning fault sliding and intracrystalline; the formation of recrystallization structure and texture is mainly controlled by the mechanism of strong oriented nucleation and weak selective growth during annealing.
