摘要
In this paper, a local pulse wave velocity (PWV) measurement device based on dual complementary open-loop resonator (CSRR) pairs is designed. The measuring device uses two packaged CSRR models to measure the PWV noninvasively and continuously through skin surface contact. In order to avoid errors caused by blood vessel tortuosity, two packaged sensor modules are respectively placed on two adjacent measurement points of the radial artery of the wrist. Set up an experimental test platform and set the sampling frequency to 20kHz. The original pulse wave waveform is processed by FFT band-pass filtering to remove high-frequency noise and signal offset caused by respiratory movement, and a second-order differentiator is used to derive the second-order derivative; Smoothing and filtering the second derivative achieves the purpose of removing noise to obtain the characteristic value; Finally, according to the formula Local PWV=.d/.t, find the pulse wave transmission speed.
