摘要
We propose an asymptotic concentrated maximum likelihood algorithm for the estimation of directions-of-arrival (DOAs) and time delays of known communication signals impinging on. an array of antennas. The so-obtained parameter estimates can. readily be used to estimate the communication vector channel. The approach is based on the assumption that the fading parameters of the channel vary rapidly from burst to burst, whilst the DOAs and delays are constant or slowly varying. Simulation results are included to numerically compare the proposed algorithm to the CRB and a previously proposed method.
