摘要：

Vitamins are essential for human health and their main source is food. At present, both dietary supplements and multivitamin drinks that may supplement these vitamins are increasingly offered in the market. In this work, we have focused on the analysis of such products, including multivitamin beverages for children, especially group B vitamins, namely vitamin B-1 (thiamine), vitamin B-2 (riboflavin) and vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine). A method based on LC-MS/MS has been developed allowing simultaneous quantification of vitamins B-1, B-2, and vitamers of B-6.
