摘要
Business activity has become one of the most common types of social and economic activity of the population. The culture of business which takes place in modern Russian conditions largely determines the nature of the moral norms of other social groups. The problem of studying the peculiarities of the moral and ethical priorities of businessmen becomes rauther actual. The aim of this study is to analyze the main tendencies in the formation of the orientations of Russian businessmen to the priority of social responsibility principles in economic behavior. The article made the following conclusions. By the mid-2010s, the need to implement the principles of social responsibility in business, capable of positively influencing not only the growth of economic indicators of a business, but also giving it a social orientation that strengthens the basic foundations of society, became strongly pronounced in Russian society. An increasing number of businessmen declare their commitment to the principles of social responsibility, apply them in their economic activities as a necessary condition for effective management and successful development of the enterprise. This tendency indicates a gradual transformation of the value orientations of businessmen, a change in their perceptions about the nature and goals of business, its public purpose, which leads to the formation of a renewed business culture aimed at prioritizing social values.
