摘要：
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between Intellectual capital and business performance in Iraqi industry. The main objective of this study is to investigate whether intellectual capital has a direct effect on business performance. However, a review of the management literature reveals that the relationship between intellectual capital and business performance is still vague. Hence this study will try to fill the gap from the perspective of resource-based view.
