摘要
Nitrogen-doped bamboo-like multi-walled C nanotubes were synthesized on a bulk scale by catalytic chemical vapor deposition at 1200 K tor 2 h. A Fe-Mo-MgO catalyst (1:0. 1:20) was prepd. and used. The nanotubes contained 1.22 % by wt. N. The morphol. and spectroscopic anal. of the nanotubes was made by X-ray photoemission spectroscopy, electron energy-loss spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy.
