Triple and quartic gauge couplings at LEP 2

We review the status of published and preliminary measurements of triple and quartic gauge boson couplings from the four LEP experiments. Charged current triple gauge boson couplings (WWZ and WW gamma) are measured using W-pair, single-W and single-gamma productions with the data collected between 1997 and 2000 (700 pb(-1) per experiment). Neutral current triple gauge boson couplings are studied with Z gamma (Z gamma gamma* and Z gamma Z* vertices) and ZZ (ZZ gamma* and ZZZ* vertices) events. Limits on anomalous quartic gauge boson couplings with at least one photon (WW gamma gamma, WWZ gamma and ZZ gamma gamma) are set from WW gamma, q (q) over bar gamma gamma and nu(nu) over bar gamma gamma events. No strong deviations from the Standard Model expectations are found.
