摘要
According to the characteristic of coke oven gas containg a mass of hydrogen, the effect of hydrogen in coke oven gas on non-catalytic partial oxidation of methane was studied. Subsequently, the influence of technological conditions (volume of reactant, proportion of oxygen, volume of vapor) on conversion of methane, yield of effective gas, wastage of oxygen and other factors in the process of syngas production by non-catalytic partial oxidation of simulating coke oven gas (SCOG) were analyzed in normal pressure. The results demonstrate that a mass of hydrogen in the COG goes against the syngas preparation. Within a certain ranee, the conversion of methane and the yield of CO and H(2) can be improved by increasing volume of reactant and the proportion of O(2) in reactant; Vapor is added to inhibit carbon deposition to some extent. The optimum technological conditions are that t(-1)=4.2s(-1) V(CH4)= 380 ml.min(-1), O(2):SCOG=0.23(O(2):CH(4)=0.88).
